When you submit an RFQ, we collect your name, work email, company, country, project details and any files you upload. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To review your part and respond with a DFM note and quote
• To communicate about your project
• To improve the site and understand which pages are useful

Files and drawings

Drawings and 3D files are used only to evaluate and quote your project. We do not share them with third parties outside the suppliers needed to produce your parts.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers that help us run the site, email and analytics, subject to their own privacy terms.

The site may use cookies for analytics and basic functionality. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep project and contact records for as long as needed to support your project and meet legal or accounting requirements.
